We reached out to Lynda at RE/MAX after having a not so pleasant experience with another Property Manager. Our previous Property Manager failed to provide feedback and photos after inspections, failed to tell us our tenant had stopped paying rent and had refused to pay for a clean or damages to the property. Further, they told us that they had been searching for a new tenant for 3 weeks and were unable to find a tenant for our 3 year old town house. Lynda coached and supported us through this negative experience with our previous Property Manager, letting us know the steps we needed to take to get damages in our townhouse repaired. She even went to Bunnings herself to buy a repair kit for our blinds and repaired this herself!! After 2 days of our property being on the market with Lynda she had held inspections and found a suitable tenant who wanted to sign a 12 month lease. We have been blown away with the service Lynda has provided and I would recommend her to all within the area. Thank you Lynda!
