We purchased our first investment property with the help of Steve Murphy. Steve was extremely helpfull and guided us through the whole process from start to end. Very happy with his service and we hope we will deal with him again in the future. Thank you Steve for your fantastic service.

It was a tough sale... difficult tenants, buyer falling through... Dave and the team kept working right until the unconditional contract date to find potential buyers. Not only was he helping us with the sale of the property, he was also very helpful to the buyer going above and beyond to assist with them getting ready to buy. Happy with the final results.

We recently engaged the services of Simon Salm and his team for the sale of our property in Thornlands. We predominantly dealt with Deb and could not be happier with hers and Simons service. From the get go, we were impressed with their knowledge of local sales, this combined with their experience, gained us the result we were wanting. I could not recommend them highly enough, we were extremely happy with the service we received.

Simon and Deb were both great with the sale of our house, nothing was too much trouble for them, Simon puts a lot of thought into how he words the description of the property. We had feedback after every open house and inspection of the property, they didn't waste our time with offers that were well below our asking price. On top of all that he is a funny man which made the experience of selling a house more enjoyable.

I couldn't recommend Kathy enough. She was so easy to deal with, highly professional, friendly and approachable but never pushy. She went out of her way to help wherever she could. Her experience and knowledge were evident from the beginning. She gives you realistic expectations and then exceeds them. Her communication with buyer and seller as well as third parties makes everything run smoothly. I will be calling Kathy again the next time I need to buy or sell.

We had a very good experience with Dave Neilson. After our property was on the market for some time with other agents, Dave stepped in and helped us get is sold very quickly. He also met if not exceeded our price expectations which only the best agents can achieve. If you aren't happy with your current agent or are thinking of listing a property, Dave will get the job done for you!! Cheers from Chris and Kim

Thank you for all your hard work. Steve Murphy stuck with us for 18 months and kept in contact regularly as we subdivided and subsequent sold. He got to know our likes and needs and persevered until he found something that suited.
