From the first minute we engaged with Simon to do an appraisal on our property, we knew we had made the right choice of agent. Simon has a great wealth of knowledge of the local area and was full of ideas on how to best market our property. Simon's whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, right from Michelle who organises the photos and marketing through to each and every member of Simon's team. I have to make a special mention to Deb who helped us through some pretty rough patches of having an insecure buyer and also an insecure seller at a property we had a contract on, it was a hugely stressful time for everyone and Deb did whatever she could to help simmer the situation even though it was totally out of her control, I cannot speak highly enough of her. She worked tirelessly with our property, and also to try and find us our new home. Finally a huge thanks to Alice who ended up selling our home, it was a very easy and smooth sale with absolutely no hiccups!!
