In my experience over many years of purchasing properties I have finally met an agency that really does put themselves out for the customer. Simon has built an excellent team and it shows in the way they approach their clients. The field staff have a genuine interest in the marketing and selling of their product and the office staff always have a friendly smile no matter how much pressure is on them. I am now a satisfied client of Simon and I hope we are able to share in more sales in coming years. (ps: Simon really needs a new selection of ties!!!}

Dave Neilson & his team have sold 3 properties for me. I would recommend him as one of the rare people in the real estate industry who is a man of integrity & honesty. He laid facts on the line but also listened patiently to what I had to say. Selling your home is a very stressful time & he showed empathy when I was disheartened & gave encouragement. Decisions I made did not always favour his office, yet he was gracious enough to wait patiently for me to work through the choices I made. I have every confidence in his ability and knowledge in real estate to gently help you through to a successful conclusion. Sandra F.

We found Kathy an absolute delight to deal with. She went out of her way to patiently guide us through the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble, we felt safe and reassured in her hands. I would not hesitate in recommending her, and we would certainly call her if we decide to sell in the future. Maxine and Jack
