Apologies for the delay, I have rarely been so pleased to respond to a client survey but have been delayed by the usual Xmas preparations. My recent experience purchasing the property at 15/14 Almara St Capalaba was very positve and seemless thanks to the professionalism of the seller's agent, Debra Mcdonald from Remax Bayside. After 6 months on the real estate treadmill I finally stumbled on a gem of a property - refreshingly one which had been beautifully presented for sale. I soon realised Deb was also a 'gem'. While acting on behalf of the seller she was also genuinely understanding of my interests and needs in securing my first home. A first home purchase is an emotionally charged experience, even more so at age 60. Deb was understainding of my need to 'be sure' , to 'get it right'. She facilitated several additional inspections where friends not only endorsed my feelings about the property but also my impression of Deb as genuinely warm and empathetic (Deb made a similar impression on the building and pest inspection agents I engaged to inspect the property). Deb assisted me in making an offer which was fair to both the seller and myself and relected the value of the property. I trust this will be my first and last venture into the real estate market, and was so fortunate to have Deb as the agent - I would not heistate recommending Deb and Remax to other friends.
