If I am in the house I am in now, it is due primarily to Leanne, who especially made arrangements for me to inspect it outside the scheduled inspection times. This I valued very much. However, what heightened my interest in the house and enhanced my desire to live in it was Leanne's vivacity and knowledge about the house. She was able to provide me with valuable and meaningful anecdotal insight into the history of the house. I got to know that the house was well built with much care, that there was someone behind its building, who was passionate about it. This reminded me of my previous house. Another important thing was that Leanne travelled with me through the process of buying the house to its settlement. I was not left alone after I signed the contract. She sent me emails, messages, and rang me making sure that everything was going right and if I needed help. This impressed me. I have no hesitation in recommending Leanne and her company to anyone who is seeking to buy or sell a house. I would like to personally thank Simon Salm and his amazing team for assisting me in the purchase of my new family home. At one of the most difficult times in my life with two little girls, I had to find a beautiful new home after going through a divorce.
