Simon and the team were great. When buying this property we were based interstate, as such, having phone/email communication was critical for us to stay informed during the process. The team provided regular contact and updates to assist with this process.

Effortless transaction from beginning to end. I felt like I was taken care of every step of the way. This whole team is professional and friendly and I wouldn't trust any other agent.

I would like to thank Remax for the great work they have done for us in the last few months. Not only did they sell my late brothers home (Caboolture) for us but also made the purchase of our new home (Victoria Point) very easy and straight forward. This is certainly no mean feat when both houses were in Qld and we currently reside in Tasmania. Thanks again.

I recently purchased my townhouse with Kathy Novacsek. Right from my first inspection, Kathy was very approachable, professional, knowledgeable & helpful answering my many questions about the property & purchase process. Kathy always followed up and kept me informed on the next steps and purchase progress. Nothing was too much trouble for Kathy, going above and beyond. I was very impressed and would highly recommend her services.

I cannot praise Simon and his team enough! I live a few hours from Brisbane, and Simon had sold our house for us when we moved, so when my mother passed away and her house in the Redlands needed to be sold, I contacted Simon for help. He and his team were sympathetic and professional throughout the entire process. He met with my family, explained how he would handle the estate and answered all our questions with kindness and understanding. Living two hours away, as the executor, I had complete trust that Simon and his team would do the best for us. Their communication was excellent throughout and they always kept me updated on what was happening. The house sold within a week, for the asking price and they continued to assist me throughout up to settlement. I knew that if I had any questions or concerns, I could contact any of Simon’s team and get the information I needed. Thank you Simon, Michelle, Jill and the rest of the team. You helped my family through a difficult and emotional time with exceptional professionalism and sympathy, I appreciate all your efforts and would recommend you to anyone. You are a credit to your profession.

I had been searching for a home for a few months with a number of different real estate agents. I found some of them a bit pushy and lacked communication skills until I found Debra from your office. Through the whole buying process, Debra acted in a calm, professional and friendly manner. This made my experience of buying this house an easy process.....not nervous about anything at all. If I was ever to buy or sell a house again, I would choose your agency to deal with and (especially Debra) and would have no hesitation in recommending your agency to others. THANKS DEBRA😀 Joe

Dave's team was very helpful getting the property ready for sale. It was a quick deal without trouble and received constant feedback during the sale period.

My wife and I dealt with Deb who is part of Simon' team. We didn't deal directly with Simon however as we were greeted by Deb when looking through the original open house (Simon was already busy with other people but made sure to still introduce himself). Simon obviously knew from that point we would have a great relationship with Deb throughout the process of buying our new home. His team has a wide knowledge of the market through the bayside region of Brisbane so we were comfortable dealing with Deb and Simon from the get go

I spent over forty years in Regional Tourism and Economic Development Promotion. In advising members of the various organisations that I worked with I had a simple formula for success in customer service "Under promise and over deliver!" During our online research for a property we we continually frustrated by Agents pushing their own agenda rather than answering our criteria. It was a great relief when we made contact with Jill Ferguson. Jill listened to our requirements and didn't waste our time supplying links to properties which did not meet our criteria. If we need to use real estate agency in this area in the future my speed dial is set to Jill Ferguson. Do yourself a favour and contact Jill before committing to any other agent.
