I had had my property on the market with two different real estates with no luck and much frustration. Simon and Glen had sold a villa in my complex very quickly at the same time I was selling, so I jumped on the phone rang Simon and the same day I had these two gentlemen came around to see me and my only regret is that I didn't call them first. They made me feel at ease with them everything they said they would do they did feed back from open houses and within 3 weeks I had sold. Great agent - sold house in 3 weeks, well you could say only 2 weeks as the first week was the weather event with all the rain and nothing could be done that week. Everyone was courteous and kept us well informed of everything that was happening, gave us any feedback they received from the open houses which was fantastic.
