Great agent - sold house in 3 weeks, well you could say only 2 weeks as the first week was the weather event with all the rain and nothing could be done that week. As an absent owner living some five and half hours away from the property it was going to difficult to prepare the property for sale. Dave organised very competitive quotes from tradesmen for us and then once we had selected the ones we wanted he organised the schedule to get extensive work done in just two weeks so we could get the property on the market.
