As an absent owner living some five and half hours away from the property it was going to difficult to prepare the property for sale. Dave organised very competitive quotes from tradesmen for us and then once we had selected the ones we wanted he organised the schedule to get extensive work done in just two weeks so we could get the property on the market. It was so well presented and marketed that we received an offer well above our expectations on the the first occasion the home was shown.

Our house had been on the market for approximately 9 months with another agent. As soon as we changed to Dave Neilson and the Remax team, it seemed coincidental that the original agent had a buyer. It was quite stressful as we appeared to have 2 agents for a day, which confused things for us, but Dave and his team put it into perspective for me.
