I happened along Ben early January when looking for a new home. Over a 4 month period, Ben had kept us in mind and kept in touch to check on our progress but hadn't come across the perfect home .... until he did! I had a wishlist of 4, and every wish had been met and then some. From the moment I pulled up to the home I knew it was our home and we couldn't be more grateful to Ben, because not only did he find it for us, he managed to sell it to us off market. In this crazy market, we had put in offers and failed each time (thankfully as it turns out). Not only did Ben sell us our new home, he sold our home, also off market, and got us an incredible price and lovely buyers. Every piece of the puzzle professionally & personally handled by Ben. To say we are impressed is an understatement. Ben is second to none!
