Ben was very professional in his dealings with me to sell the property. He went out of his way to get us the best price possible & negotiated a satisfactory deal with the vendor relating to some issues identified with the pest & building inspection. He was went out of his way to assist in relocation of the tenant (an 80 yo lady!) to another property in the same complex prior to settlement. Having dealt with a no. of property agents over the years I would have to say Ben has certainly been one of the best.
