Ben was very professional in his dealings with me to sell the property. He went out of his way to get us the best price possible & negotiated a satisfactory deal with the vendor relating to some issues identified with the pest & building inspection. He was went out of his way to assist in relocation of the tenant (an 80 yo lady!) to another property in the same complex prior to settlement.
