So our friend Tam called one day & asked if we’d let her come do an appraisal on our home as she was a new agent & needed the practice. Sure we said ( just to see what price they came up with). She brought her mentor Sam with her and told us they’d have no problem getting what we wanted. Yeh right, heard that line before. “Ok if you can get that price, we’ll sell” we replied. Anyway, fast forward a few short weeks and we were homeless as we had never really expected to sell it for what we asked and also achieve a street record price.
