After saving hard for our deposit and doing our homework with a range of lenders, we ‘hit the market’ this year, looking for an established house in the Redlands. We got to meet a range of characters, some professional and some not so! During all this, I had a positive interaction with Simon, from The Simon Salm Team at Remax Alex Hills. He seemed like a really decent guy, was able to understand our needs, and we made a good connection straight away. And then sure enough, within a few days I received a call from Glen from The Simon Salm Team regarding a house that had just been listed that very morning!
