Great service and quick sale from Dave and Steve on the sale of our property at Victoria Point. Though Steve was our first contact and agent for the sale, Dave also played a big part in the sale of our property. This property was tenanted and put up for sale during Covid which made it all the more challenging. Steve went out of his way to keep the tenants and potential buyers safe and happy during the inspections. Steve kept us informed and was very pleasant to deal with and kept up the great work even after the property sold. Just prior to settlement he inspected the property to make sure all was ready and even watered a new turfed area for us. I would highly recommend Dave, Steve and the Neilson team to sell your property. Thanks very much Dave and Steve.

Ron was very accomodating to after hours meetings and viewings. We were so grateful to be able to visit the home on such short notice, without his help and availability we would of missed out. Our experience purchasing our first home was confident and easy thanks to Ron’s knowledge of the property. We felt comfortable and supported in our negotiations and would highly recommend Ron.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Re Max. After the open homes I was telephoned and advised how many came thru and their interest in my Villa. Once it went under contract which happened very quickly Ron would advise me regularly how things were progressing, so I never felt anxious wondering what was happening. I thank you for the privilege of dealing with your company and I certainly would be very happy to use Re Max again when I decide to purchasing again.

This was my first time purchasing a home and Steve walked me through the process from start to finish, ensuring I was always kept in the loop. Steve was very thorough and efficient with the entire process and answered any questions I had along the way.

Our realestate agent was Steve Murphy, but you really have a whole team of 5-star agents working to sell your home when you decide to use any of the agents from Team Nielsen realestate. It was our first time selling and Steve Murphy coached us through every step of the way with integrity and transparency. He made me feel like there was no such thing as a silly question (and I had plenty for him!). We can confidently say that we would use Steve Murphy and Team Nielsen to sell our next property too.

Dave and his team got the job done quickly with no stress on our part. We were blown away with the advice Dave gave us on how to present our home for sale and he even helped to move heavy items for us. Amazing!

My family have been using Simon Salm's team for many years now. They all work so hard for their sellers to get them the best result possible. Kathy sold our house at the first open & got us a great price. Kathy was a pleasure to work with & we will happily recommend her to anyone. Thank you to the Simon Salm team for such a pleasant selling experience.

Above stars & experience description relate to Kathy Baker not Simon Salm. I dealt with Kathy Baker, one of Simons Team members - essentially the only reason I ended up buying this house which myself and family are extremely happy in is because of Kathy Baker. She arranged our inspection on short notice during Covid 19 testing times. Her approach to selling a house kept me interested even though it was really my wife that wanted the house not me. Even when my initial offer being far to low was rejected by owner Kathy kept in touch and offering advice & knowledge of area whereby I ended up realising the house was worth more than my evaluation, hence I sourced more funds to make a realistic offer which was accepted. Even after the offer was accepted the deal could have fallen over on 3 more occasions due to bank approval time lapse and an ongoing sale. My broker & lawyer appeared to be on no assistance with dealing with the bank or anyone. It was only Kathy who kept negotiations alive between myself & seller. Only Kathy who had an ear to lend to my frustrations - she always returned my correspondence asap. Through Kathy we were able to work a rental deal which kept this sale & the ongoing sale alive. My family living in their dream house is all because of Kathy Baker - A+++ effort from her - great persona. Regards Paul Noble

I recommend Steve, he was reliable and professional throughout the process of purchasing our new home. He provided us with needed contacts, building and pest, solicitor and handyman to support the services needed.

Team Neilson and in particular Steve Wright in this instance did a tremendous job. Feedback was provided in relation to presentation of the property as well as marketing the property appropriately and commensurate within my planned budget. Price guidance was sound, attention to detail first class and follow up pre and post open homes really strong. Team Neilson also did a great job in working with the tenant to ensure they were considered throughout the sale process. The property sold after the 2nd open home in line with my price expectations. Highly recommended.
