Simon and his team did a great job assisting us to sell these brand new townhouses. Lot 5 was one of the first contract we signed and settled straight after title registered. Brilliant service ang great result came from his many years local real estate experience. thank you so much

This was the third time we have used Dave and his team and each time we have been very happy with the friendly and professional service. Dave and his associate Steve Murphy looked after us with integrity, honesty and just plain hard work. They were always available, and provided us with great communication. Steve managed our open homes and always gave feedback quickly. All round, a very positive experience.

Thank you to Dave and his team at Team Neilson, a special thank you to Steve Murphy the Sales Person with his professional, friendly and most courteous customer service. This is my first home I have bought on my own and Steve helped keep my nerves at bay with his hassle free no pressure tactics meeting all my expectations. Steve kept me well informed throughout the process and addressed any questions with prompt feedback from either himself or Team Neilson. I would highly recommend Team Neilson's services in future to any prospective client as the communication between both myself the purchaser and the seller was well followed up without hesitation.

What an easy sale....the Neilson team is extremely professional and their communication is second to none. Their ‘no bullshit’ (apologise for the swearing) approach was exactly what I wanted and got! Thankyou for everything.
