Simon and his team was the absolute perfect choice for selling our property in Birkdale. We have purchased and sold properties through Simon previously and have found him to be highly committed to both buyers and sellers. Having been in the area for a very long time Simon knew the market, understood the potential of the property and as a result he achieved a quick sale for a price consistent with our expections. Simon and his team communicated well with us at every stage of the process and we walked away feeling very happy with the service that we received.

Simon and his team were there for us throughout the sale of our house. We must make a special mention of Deb that was thrown a few curve balls but she smashed them out of the park. Without her support and reassurance I don't know what we would have done! We must also make a mention of the video that was produced to sell our house. The professionalism and creativity certainly helped to make suck a quick sale. Just 3 days! Thanks again Simon and team.

Simon, Glen and the team at REMAX both sold and helped us purchase a new property in Sheldon recently. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous relationship during these transactions and they did all they could to ensure the process went smoothly and efficiently. We received full price in less than a week on our sale and they were able to bring the settlement forward on the purchase to reduce our storage hassles etc. Highly recommended !

Simon and his assistant Michelle are wonderful to work with . As the marketing team of our project over Benfer Rd , Victoria Point. They’ve achieved almost 100% clearance in the last 6 months through their relentless effort and services. Regular feedback and close communications help us understand the market well and guided with better strategies and plans. Overall we are very happy and lucky to work with Simon Salm and his professional team.

Simon and Debbie both were easy to deal with and got us a very good price for the sale of our home. They answered a lot of questions and nothing was too difficult. Our house sold quickly with only 2-3 open homes. We didn’t think it could be so easy and go so smoothly. They had a trailer we borrowed which was helpful as well. Thanks Deb and Simon

I had Jordan take care of the sale of my home after an unpleasant & unsuccessful experience with a different company. He was fantastic to deal with and went over & above to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend this Team to anyone wishing to sell their home.

We really appreciated Simon’s support and encouragement through the whole process of selling our home of 34 years. He was backed by a great team that worked together like a well oiled machine. It made the experience a lot less painful for us.
