All of our questions (and there were many) were answered, our fears along the way were allayed and we were given full feedback after each open house. Everything we needed to know was explained to us in detail and open house times were always adhered to. The whole team was positive and assuring and Simon was happy to meet with us or chat by phone if we became anxious about anything (which at times we did). Any email questions were also answered promptly.

What an absolute pleasure it was selling my two houses with Steve Wright. We certainly saw how different selling houses could be. The first was a sale on the first open home we held and was completely hassle free. The second was endless little problems that kept popping up. I first met Kathy Novaschek in my home for the first appraisal pre-sale. We recently sold a house in Capalaba with Team Neilson our agent Steve who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from market knowledge to customer service our experience of Team Neilson was of the highest standard. Steve did not stop once we had a contract on the house he was persistent with the open homes and stayed in touch with the other buyers to ensure we had a back up contract if anything was to go wrong. We purchased our very first home through The Simon Salm Team and could not recommend them enough. We were looking for our first home for a while and can honestly say that our experience with Michelle was like no other.
