Remax always gave us valuable advice especially since we are not familiar with the real estate laws of Australia. our agent was very helpful every step of the way and it was never too much effort to show us the unit for a second and third time if we requested it. whenever we called he always returned our calls in a timeley manor. Our experience of buying our property through Kathy was one that brought us much joy and thankfulness. Kathy went above and beyond to assist us in making the buying of our new house as smooth as possible. She was always available and present to chat to, giving helpful advice when asked, approachable, on time for all appointments and never rushed us or pressured us to buy. Great service and quick sale from Dave and Steve on the sale of our property at Victoria Point. Though Steve was our first contact and agent for the sale, Dave also played a big part in the sale of our property. This property was tenanted and put up for sale during Covid which made it all the more challenging. Steve went out of his way to keep the tenants and potential buyers safe and happy during the inspections. Steve kept us informed and was very pleasant to deal with and kept up the great work even after the property sold. Just prior to settlement he inspected the property to make sure all was ready and even watered a new turfed area for us. I was very impressed with the service I received from Re Max. After the open homes I was telephoned and advised how many came thru and their interest in my Villa. Once it went under contract which happened very quickly Ron would advise me regularly how things were progressing, so I never felt anxious wondering what was happening.
