We had Phill come to appraise our property in 2017. At the time he gave us some of the most honest future focused advice. Don’t sell wait till the market picks up if you can. Fast forward to 2021, I called Phill to let him know we were ready to sell. Even on only meeting us once he knew the house and immediately went into action. Moving back to NZ, it was a tough ask but Phill took absolutely everything on. Again he gave us honest and on the money advice about what we would need to do to fetch the best price. We trusted him implicitly. He sourced AND coordinated all our trades (flooring, painters, deck, maintenance) and within no more than a month we were ready to roll. One open home, and we had an offer!
