He is a wonderful negotiator , getting the best price possible for his clients, but he does so with a kind and patient demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul - I don't know of any other agent who would nip out to Bunnings to replace a blown lightbulb for his distant client or sweep leaves from the driveway in our absence.
