An awesome agent.
Kathy was a star from the beginning, nothing was too much trouble and she put my mind at ease on several occasions. The decision to sell my home was not undertaken lightly but Kathy was exactly the right person to handle all the details for me. The house was sold on the first weekend it was open and the process through to settlement has gone seamlessly, thanks to Kathy's attention to detail and willingness to communicate every step of the way. I would certainly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to sell their home, she's a delight to work with.
