Cheers to Brett, Jess and his team selling 2 properties for me one after the other. Honestly - it was amazing service - all hours - great advice. We setup staging furniture on Brett's advice which i think really worked in our favour for selling the rental properties. Their effort in qualifying buyers and checking their purchasing/finance background was amazing as it meant we could negotiate with the right people and not waste time on a deal falling over - something we hadn't considered the importance of. With their advice we priced right, had lots of traffic and got a good result. We initially listed our property with Grange, which was a painful and expensive experience. But as soon as we changed our agent to Kathy, we realized how good a real estate agent can be. Kathy helped us without putting slight pressure on us. Unlike Grange agent, who was dominating all the time, she was lovely, friendly and honest. In addition (again unlike Grange agent), there wasn't heavy marketing fees, in fact there wasn't at all.
