These guys were so professional applying their experience and knowledge in such a way that we the buyers felt like we were the centre of their attention throughout the entire process. Gareth's constant updates via SMS, emails and phone calls kept us in the best possibly position to make informed decision and competitive offers. Second time dealing with Demo and his team. First time was buying the house and the second time selling it. Does not matter what side of the fence we were, the experience was above and beyond. It did not matter what time of day it was, we always got a quick response and excellent service. We got what we wanted and more. Gareth was Amazing! I had very low expectations for the sale, and had never sold before, but his expertise, patience and attentiveness put me at ease right from the beginning. And I ended up not even having to do a home open! There is no one better then demo to deal with in wa in realstate, he provides updates on a daily basis and chasses up any issues and always shows great customer service as he has been in the business for a very long time, he has a Passion for realstate and meeting new people to share stories with, he also has a lot of contacts to help sort any issues you will have.
