I was recommended Phil by chance from a local tradesman who was refitting my bathroom, I contacted Phil and invited him over to review the property and give his professional advice on what else needed to be done, Phil not only advised me, he arranged landscaping, cleaning and pool servicing, whilst I was working away, his attention to detail and the service he provides to his clients is a credit to him and the entire team at REMAX Extreme. My experience with Phil was nothing short of phenomenal. I was initially referred by a friend who'd had a great experience with Phil previously where he'd advised her and gone above and beyond in helping out far beyond what was required just for the sale of the house. Even prior to buying my new house Phil was always available and happy to provide support & advice - his knowledge of the market is second to none and he truly cares - there was no benefit for him with much of the advice he provided and yet he was more than happy to help. With the house purchase itself the whole process was over in under a month from viewing to settlement & this is where his team also came to the fore - always available and their help was invaluable. Phil recently assisted us with the sale of our property. We have to say he went above and beyond our expectations. He managed to get the property marketed, on sale and to a successful first home open and offer within 5 days! He accommodated our needs and did so much more than we asked of him. His knowledge of the area and current market are exemplary and his “people” skills are amazing, very affable and so easy to connect with. Phil was mine and my daughters superhero when looking for a house. We where in a very horrible situation that i need to get out of as quickly as i could. I had all my family & friends looking out of any houses that came up for sale, however with how the market is at the moment i was losing all hope. I was getting so desperate my mum had put a post on a Facebook page if anyone knew of any real state agents they maybe able to help with our situation. Phil was recommend we had given him a call straight away and he picked up on the first call. My mum explained to him the situation i was in and if he knew of any houses that were available or were coming up. Lucky enough Phil did have a perfect house coming on the market and he allowed us to view it before it had gone on the market. I had put in an offer on the spot as it was everything my daughter and i could of ever dreamed of with all the extra security things you wouldn't find in many homes. He called back that very same night and we managed to secure the property! Through the whole process from the very first phone call to putting an offer in, to every little thing in-between and after he went above and beyond. I was even lucky enough to have brought the property off a very caring person who had passed messages on to Phil to pass on to me, which he did with absolute pleasure. Phil also still messages me after everything went through asking how it was all going and if i needed anything at all to contact him as he was happy to help with whatever we needed. If anyone is ever in need a real estate agent then look no further as Phil is your guy. I cant express enough if anyone is in the position i was in and maybe losing all faith please contact Phil he will will go above and beyond and help you no matter the situation. We had been talking with Craig for over a year trying to decide if we wanted to sell or retain our property. He checked in now & then & responded to our queries. He never ever pressured us to sell. Once we finally decided that we would sell & downsize we contacted Craig. He was extremely helpful and made the process a lot easier.
