Gizzelle is trustworthy and hardworking real estate agent. I have entrusted her to sell my investment property. She keeps me posted and even if I ring her late at night she will answer my calls which gives me an assurance that everything is ok. Despite of the down market, the property was sold quickly and with favourable price. I highly recommend Gizzelle to anyone thinking of selling, you will not be disappointed.

We sold in a time that was not perfect for sellers, Gizzelle helped us get through the process from start to sold. She got us the best price possible, while being kind and compassionate throughout the process. I highly recommend Gizzelle, she has a keen eye for detail and knows what makes a house special to a homeowner. I will be recommending her to the people in my life and working with Gizzelle again when the time comes.

Gizzelle worked tirelessly behind the scenes to achieve a great result in a tough downward market. She was under pressure from the very beginning as we had purchased another property and after we had almost given up hope, Gizzelle never did and came through as promised. We ended up selling to the right couple searching for their first home which made the sale an extra special one. So if you require someone with the experience and product knowledge, a never say die attitude and just a wonderful person to deal with, then Gizzelle is definitely the agent for you!

From the moment I met Gizzelle I found her professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly, she answered all our questions and went above and beyond to communicate with us and keep us in the loop. From enquiring about the property to the time we secured the property it was seamless and she made it as stress free as possible. She shared our excitement and made it a very positive experience. Thank-you again.

Gizzelle was simply amazing. I attended open homes with different agents in the area before reaching out to Gizzelle as I thought that overall, she was the best presented. She is very personable and great at building rapport with both sellers and buyers. Throughout the experience, she was very real with us as well. It was great to get a professional that could also have a little fun. Gizzelle is a very hard worker and we found ourselves often calling and texting her later in the evening, but there were no matters too big or too small for her. She has a lot of family commitments, but still made time for us. She made us feel like we were her only and most important clients. Thanks to Gizzelle, we were able to sell in a short amount of time and with a favourable result!

Gizzelle saved us after a bad run with another agent who was the supposed area expert. She dove in head first picking up a stale listing thanks to the other guy, got stuck into marketing the property, staying in touch with us on even the slightest updates. She has sold two properties for my partner and this is the third time and she is consistently excellent. She will go the extra mile during a stressful time and nothing is too much trouble. Also I am fairly sure she never sleeps 😂 thank you again Gizzelle for everything
