I found Litsa to be a friendly, personable and highly experienced real estate agent who planned strategically with us and delivered on all her promises and follow ups to achieve a good sales result for our home. Litsa communicated with us daily, kept us appraised of qualified prospects and prepared the home to be an attractive sale, which we achieved, quickly. We always felt we were in the good hands with Litsa, she brings a level of confidence in a tough market which is a rare quality and her honest, focused approach to client's goals made a huge difference in the final outcome. I would refer friends and family to Litsa if they were buying or selling in the areas she manages. She clearly went out of her way to meet our needs and I will no doubt keep in touch for future deals.

Litsa was indeed a pleasure to deal with on my property sale. Her courtesy and professionalism was remarkable and her experienced advice was excellent. A constant communicator who is thorough with personal service and attention to details. I achieved a good, quick sale as a direct result of Litsa's skills, real estate experience and network connections.

Dear Gizzelle, We are extremely grateful to have you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out with the sale of our property. We were very impressed with your super professional services throughout the sale process. Your marketing strategies (such as virtual furniture, drone videos), negotiation skills, attention to detail, and honesty and transparency, made the process easy for us, and we couldn’t be happier, we chose you to list our property. You took over the task of selling our house at a time when we had given up all hopes and you made the process seem like a breeze. Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to send a big thank you for all the work you’ve done for us. You helped us sell our property, and did it all so seamlessly and efficiently. That’s no easy lift, and we couldn’t have done it without you. We appreciate your expertise, wisdom, and guidance along the way, and we can’t wait to refer you to friends and family in the future. We are 200% convinced that you are the only realtor we’ll ever need. You’re a rock star! Many thanks Shantala and Mohan

We met Gizzelle at an open home for a property we were looking at and decided on the spot to sell our property with her. Gizzelle has a very welcoming vibe and took her time to show us through the property we were looking at so we knew how potential buyers for our property would be greeted. Since listing with Gizzelle we have also purchased our new home through her and could not be happier. She makes the process easy for all parties and pulls out all stops to get the job done. Gizzelle is like part of our family now and we would list/buy with her again without hesitation.
