I think most people worry about the magnitude of decisions when buying and selling property. Well all those worries, are very quickly placed at ease when dealing with Litsa Meleti. What became immediate was her superior market knowledge not only of my suburb, but right across greater Sydney. I did my homework and got valuations from 4 other agents before Litsa arrived. Litsa told us that she believed my property could be sold for around $70k to $100k above the other valuations. Did we have our doubts? Yes of course... But her knowledge proved absolute superior. We sold the property in the first week We received about $85k above the other valuations Her service and communication was absolutely wonderful, and has continued after the sale to the point of helping me find a couple reputable tradesman, and she is now selling my closest friends home.
