We recently purchased a property that Litsa sourced for us. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. Litsa's assistance was invaluable, and I highly recommend her services. Her insight, professionalism, experience, and negotiation skills assisted us to secure the perfect investment property.

We happened to drive past a property which had Open for Inspection. We did not do any prior research before we dropped in and decided to buy the property on the spot soon after our first and only inspection. Main reason for our instant purchase was Litsa's In-depth knowledge of the property and how she presented the facts and went out of the way to accommodate our requirements.

Gizzelle Powell is very knowledgeable in real estate, sales and property marketing. She is very professional in dealing with the client. Her negotiation and communication skills demonstrate care and support between vendor and purchaser. I greatly appreciate the support provided from the beginning to the end of the selling journey and is priceless which provided me confidence to get through in achieving my goals. I believe in Gizzelle’s natural ability in implementing the modern way of selling using human behaviour at its best. But wait, the property sold in 1 day and with the best price in the market. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Gizzelle of Remax. Lourdes K

Gizzelle is brilliant. She works so hard to make sure you get the best price for your property. We have moved interstate but if we ever sell there she will still have first option to be our agent because SHE IS THAT GOOD!

I think most people worry about the magnitude of decisions when buying and selling property. Well all those worries, are very quickly placed at ease when dealing with Litsa Meleti. What became immediate was her superior market knowledge not only of my suburb, but right across greater Sydney. I did my homework and got valuations from 4 other agents before Litsa arrived. Litsa told us that she believed my property could be sold for around $70k to $100k above the other valuations. Did we have our doubts? Yes of course... But her knowledge proved absolute superior. We sold the property in the first week We received about $85k above the other valuations Her service and communication was absolutely wonderful, and has continued after the sale to the point of helping me find a couple reputable tradesman, and she is now selling my closest friends home. Just a wonderful experience, and she will be the go to agent for my extended family going forward.
