My story: With the recent passing of dad & having to sell a rental property to have proceeds available in 7 weeks wasn't enough. The markets are down & it's prior the Federal election & the buyers are nervous. Spoke to rental management and other real estates all asking top dollar fee and low selling price. Found her to be humble, honest & compassionate, she worked tirelessly, organised everything, worked with us 2 brothers, she updated both daily.
