I first met Gizzelle when she was door knocking our street, introducing herself to our neighbourhood. She seemed warm, kind and knowledgeable. Two years later, when it came time to sell our house, Gizelle was on the short list of agents for all four sellers of our property to consider. Unfortunately, they decided to go with another agent in Penrith who promised he would deliver a huge profit easily. Big mistake. This man did not provide us with feedback from buyers, and after he had the house as a listing for two months he just gave up. He did not bring us any genuine offers in the five months he was our agent. I called Gizzelle who was amazing! She made little tweaks to our home that made a big difference and attracted new buyers. She was with us every step of the way and able to explain everything simply. Whenever we had a question or request, Gizzelle would do everything in her power to get the answer we wanted or accomodate our needs. Gizzelle found four genuine offers in the space of three months and worked hard to get the price we wanted. Gizzelle was amazing and I would recommend her services to anyone who wants to sell a property with as little stress as possible.

Gizzelle is one of the friendliest sales agents we've met in our search for our ideal first home. When we first met her, she was like a long time acquaintance. She explained to us the process that we would go through (in English and in Filipino) and she was always ready with her advice and suggestions to make it simpler and easier for us to navigate through the home buying process. Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and inquiries, wanting to see again and again the house we had set our eyes on to the point of being too critical with the parts and details of the property, wanting everything to be perfect. We thought she would give up on us, but she always went out of her way to give us time to tour us around the property (that we lost count already and it was after 5 pm/working hours), was always cheerful with her winning smile, ready to lend a hand and always helpful with information, giving recommendations on the problems and challenges we had to go through proving her broad knowledge and long experience in the real estate market. She tried her best to update us, guiding us step by step on the procedures, the people we need to approach and work with and of course, the paperwork involved so we could successfully buy our ideal home. She also provided us information we needed about the safety of the area when we had second thoughts about proceeding with the sale. Overall, we are happy for her very good customer service and strong communication skills.
