Having had some experience with other agents and an unsuccessful process in selling my investment property, I did contact Geoff Kaplan with no real optimism that we would be successful. It was not long before the Festive Season and things were likely to slow down even more. Geoff however was optimistic. The price we wanted was a little over market prospects but Geoff negotiated a sale of the property for a very successful price. This took less than two-weeks of begin on the market. No advertising, therefore no costs, Geoff just contacted his list of prospective investors. He found two, one was eager to pay our revised price.
