Janice Cox was selected based on the options presented with breaking an existing 1 year lease with the current tenancy whilst obtaining best possible realistic price with the exhaustive list of owner occupier buyers that wanted to buy into Bellmere . Throughout the transaction, Janice stayed in regular communication all parties related to the transaction including solicitors, buyers, property maintenance suppliers etc to ensure a smooth settlement which competed just in time for Christmas.
