Full trust in Ros's integrity and judgement
At our initial meeting with Rod, he was a good listener and answered all our questions in a clear, helpful way. Ongoing phone/sms contact was smooth with Rod personally conducting Open Houses and inspections. Feedback to us was prompt and informative. His negotiations with a buyer on a final offer to bring to us were done in a very professional way. We were satisfied in all areas.

Knowledgeable, considerate and competent
Jenna was recommended to me by many people, and after our first meeting I knew why. Jenna is knowledgeable about the market, and never once pushed or pressured me. She answered my endless questions with patience and good grace and she also used her networks to organise tradies (who actually turned up) to help me prepare my house for sale. Jenna’s goes the extra mile to ensure the buyer’s experience is optimised, including getting rid of leaves on open day so the place looked good, and popping around early to turn the heating on so it was cozy. Jenna provides an excellent service and I highly recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers.

Todays market is really tough and we didn’t know if we were going to be successful in finding a property. Nicole was really responsive to our needs and helped us navigate a process that was very unfamiliar to us. Pleasant first home buying experience
We had the most pleasant home buying experience thanks to Jenna! From the moment we attended the open house, Jenna was bubbly and welcoming. She was able to answer all of our questions about the house also giving us extra information regarding recent renovations. As first home buyers we had not much clue about anything but Jenna talked us through it all, explaining everything along the way. She was always super quick to get back to us with any info we needed. She took all the anxiety out of buying our home, particularly in the current crazy climate of real estate. She was a pleasure to interact with and we are so grateful for all her help in the process.
