I can’t find the right words to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything Rod has done to ensure a smooth fast sale, with a result much higher than we had hoped for. I selected Nicole after briefing a number of agents in Wagga and felt comfortable with her deep knowledge of the region and her ability to communicate the status of the market eloquently and without the faff. Nicole gave me frank and honest feedback on my investment property, which had some complexity involved with an existing tenant and a very poor experience with the managing agent (not Remax). Other agents felt the need to speak disparagingly of the tenant in place, which I didn't find very professional. She set expectations conservatively and in line with the other agents, tailoring a unique approach to marketing the property, which meant a high number of leads and offers were submitted. Happily, she went above-and-beyond by arranging a number of minor cosmetic touch-ups which was a huge benefit to me, as I live overseas. This resulted in the property selling in a week or so and just shy of the top of the expected range. Communication was faultless, responses were lightening fast and I appreciated her responding outside of normal AU working hours. Nicole kept me proactively updated with progress throughout, right the way to settlement. I can't recommend Nicole strongly enough if you're looking to sell (or buy) a property in Wagga.
