Our property was leased when we decided to sell so we discussed all options with Nicole around the current tenancy and she was able to provide sound advice regarding our process to put on the Market - this included the conditions around our lease and whether we would attract our desired sale price with either a tenant in the property or sell as vacant. We took Nicole's advice and put the property on the Market as a vacant house and this also enabled us to present in the condition that we preferred, Nicole also recommended improvements we could make in the house that would ensure the property was presented to obtain the figure we were trying to achieve. In addition, the Comision price offered was extremely attractive and the associated costs with marketing and electronically staging the property were also reasonable. With the house on the market Nicole always kept us informed of enquiries and viewings and was also able to indicate the type of interest from each person/group that viewed the property which we found extremely valuable. When we were provided with an offer Nicole's ability to negotiate with the potential purchaser and her honesty with the negotiation was very refreshing. We were able to settle on a figure that I believe was acceptable to both the purchaser and us and the conditions of the sale that Nicole obviously negotiated were exceptional. I would certainly recommend Nicole and her team if you were seeking an agent to deal with the sale of your property.
