We were not sure when to sell, and when we were finally ready it happened in no time. Remy was available to come again and see the house again within a day, he helped us preparing the house for the pictures. Photos and videos were done in no time, and before we knew it the house was sold. Everything went smoothly and settlement happened less than 2 months after I called Remy saying "We are ready to sell". Thanks again.

Well what can I say, Remy and the team exceeded all my expectations in relation to the recent sale of my townhouse. Remy's extensive area knowledge and marketing strategy got us a result well above our expectations. I had a really tight time frame to sell my property due to having purchased another and Remy and the team not only were confident they could achieve this, but they actually did. Remy and the team were always available for property viewings to ensure we had the best chance of meeting the sale deadline, they also didn't have to compromise on our outcome in relation to sale price due to this deadline and I believe this was due to the huge effort put in and the property being marketed so well.
