As an interstate seller it was important I could work with a team that I could trust. Remy did not let me down. He was a such a great communicator, I felt like I knew what was happening every step of the way. He was able to organise a number of trades for small renovations and gave great advice on how to present the property well and run an effective marketing campaign. Nothing was too difficult, Remy was friendly and respectful with my Brisbane family who were residing in the property prior and was able to work around our needs. Once we were ready to launch, we had great interest and Remy delivered a motivated buyer in the first week of the campaign. We sold in 4 days above our reserve. Even after the sale, Remy continued to communicate well right through to settlement. He made it absolutely stress free. I would highly recommend Remy as an agent.

Being a property investor, I would have no hesitation in recommending Remy's Real Estate to any other intended property investor and/or seller, with a special thanks to the owner Remy Dureaux, who helped me through the whole process from our initial discussions through to the settlement of the property. Like most sellers, I was looking for highest price and contacted a number of agents for their proposals before deciding the winning agent.
