A most helpful and positive experience, especially as we had to buy online.
We had met Matt earlier in the year when looking at houses in the area and found him a very helpful agent who was able to answer all our questions, being non-Queenslanders, and not knowing much about the area.
He then had an idea of what we were looking for and from time to time sent us emails about houses that came on the market which might suit us. He was never pushy, like some agents we had met.
When we were ready to buy he spent time taking us through the house on Zoom, answering our questions, even giving us additional information we hadn't thought of, showing us little details. The vendors should be very happy with how well he presented their home to us. We looked through a few other houses this way, but Matt did the best presentation. He also willingly spent time showing some relatives of ours through the house so they could give their opinion to us.
While doing the paperwork he helped us there as buying a home in Queensland is different to our home state. He gave us a list of solicitors to choose from, organized the required inspections on the house, and collected some of the information we needed.
It was a new experience buying this way but Matt went out of his way to make it a smooth process.
We would recommend Matt as an agent you can trust, whether you are a buyer or a seller, who goes out of his way to find what you are looking for and present it to you as clearly as possible.
