Great help
Although we had to battle hard to get the deal we wanted with him (which shows he fights fearce for his clients), it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with Matt. Post settlement Matt has ensured we have settled in well, made sure we know what bin day it is, given us a brief on the local area and what goes on etc. His knowledge of the area is second to none. Even the advice on what kind of grass is used in the area and how the soil works has been a help. Thanks again for the help mate. Look forward to the beers.

Proactive campaign and honest

Couldn't ask for better service! 👍
Matt acted on our behalf as a buyer's advocate on this occasion. He was able to track down the seller's agent (which hadn't been advertised at the time). He gave us an appraisal of our property's REAL value and advised pros and cons of the purchase so we went into the negotiations eyes open. Matt helped us keep the emotion out of the transaction and fought for a reduced purchase price, which he successfully achieved. At settlement, he collected the keys from the sellers agent, and followed up with us during the settlement process to make sure we were meeting critical dates with our solicitor. And flowers when we took possession! Like we said, can't ask for better service. Thank you Matt! B&V

Dedicated & professional agent
Matt is a very professional and dedicated agent. He was kind enough to show us multiple properties (some not on our list...ie the beautiful house that we have just bought) when we were only in Toowoomba for one day, whilst living interstate at that time. I can't recommend Matt enough. Matt knows the industry really well. Delivered everything he said he would and more. Nothing was too hard.
