He gave us an appraisal of our property's REAL value and advised pros and cons of the purchase so we went into the negotiations eyes open. Matt helped us keep the emotion out of the transaction and fought for a reduced purchase price, which he successfully achieved. At settlement, he collected the keys from the sellers agent, and followed up with us during the settlement process to make sure we were meeting critical dates with our solicitor.
