It was only a pleasure selling our property with Melissa! She was always very professional in every aspect. She really took the great effort in following up every potential buyer and provided us with daily, detailed feedback from every buyer. She will sometimes phone us just to tell us that there is no progress or feedback on a specific day. She also took a of time to explain the process to us, ensuring that we are aware of all aspects of the process. It is great to work with an agent that really goes the extra mile! I met Sean over a year ago when he was selling the house across the road. Since then he stayed in touch but was never pushy. When we were looking at selling we met with Sean and found him to be professional, friendly and honest. We had a few hurdles along the way leading up to selling but Sean was always patient, understanding and helpful. We sold prior to auction at a price we were really happy with. When it came to decisions being made Sean would give his opinion but always made it clear that we needed to be comfortable with any decision. I always felt comfortable talking with Sean and having him in our home, and he was lovely with my kids. Sean always kept us updated throughout the selling process and responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall Sean was very easy to work with, has a very friendly manner and was flexible in working with a family with young kids and got us a great result. Thanks Sean!

Thanks Mel for all your advice & help with selling our home & finding us our new property as well. We had very specific requirements with the property we wanted to purchase, liveable but knockdown-able, on a 800metre square block, in the right school catchment & near a park, & you got us one that ticked every box & im a very hard person to please. Thanks again for a terrific job & I would be perfectly happy to recommend you. Which I already have when someone stopped in front of our sold place making enquiries on how it all went, etc

I have used Melissa on a couple of property sales now and I will continue to use her as she is by far the most knowledgeable and a true sales person. There are cheaper agents out there, hell you can even sell your house yourself these days, but if they or you can not maximise the sale price like Melissa can it will simply cost you more. Mel guided us through what was for us a stressful time - downsizing from our home of twenty years into an Over 55s Village.
