I met Sean over a year ago when he was selling the house across the road. Since then he stayed in touch but was never pushy. When we were looking at selling we met with Sean and found him to be professional, friendly and honest. We had a few hurdles along the way leading up to selling but Sean was always patient, understanding and helpful. We sold prior to auction at a price we were really happy with. When it came to decisions being made Sean would give his opinion but always made it clear that we needed to be comfortable with any decision. I always felt comfortable talking with Sean and having him in our home, and he was lovely with my kids. Sean always kept us updated throughout the selling process and responded promptly to any questions we had. I have used Melissa on a couple of property sales now and I will continue to use her as she is by far the most knowledgeable and a true sales person. There are cheaper agents out there, hell you can even sell your house yourself these days, but if they or you can not maximise the sale price like Melissa can it will simply cost you more. Whilst the overall time to sell our property was longer than expected due to being over the xmas period, Sean remained calm, confident and reassuring. An additional complexity to selling our duplex was that we had a tennat occupying the premises during the sale period. Overall I felt informed and close to the process due to the partnership approach Sean took with me to sell the property.

Sean contacted me after meeting with my elderly mum on a free appraisal visit in her area. She asked Sean to contact me as we were in the process of actually wanting to put her house on the market but she was not able to deal with the situation so Sean contacted me. Unfortunately at the time I was struck down with a migrain. Sean was understanding and not pushy and offered to email his information. Given how he communicated with mum who is quite elderly and forgetful..well he had the patience of a saint. He was professional, understanding and just a great agent.
