Russell is the epitome of the type of agent you look for. Extremely informative, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. My experience with Russell was with my first property purchase in which he made it an easy and enjoyable process. He is professional with excellent communication and is genuinely passionate about what he does. He does not employ high pressure tactics as displayed as many other agents that I have come by. I could not rate Russell any higher and look forward to engaging with Russell with future matters as he has cemented a repeat customer out of me.

We watched Russell sell a neighbours house and his comments were very favourable. What we saw with our neighbour's sale gave us confidence to have a discussion with Russell about selling our home. He was very personable, there was no pressure and his knowledge of the area and market meant we had a very smooth and quick sale. Many thanks Russell!

Russell's knowledge of the local market was evident from the initial meeting. He recommended a strategy which took into account the likely buyer profile. This included method of sale, carefully targeted marketing, and a database of active buyers looking for a property like ours in our suburb. Pre campaign, Russell helped with suggestions on what preparations were important vs preparations unlikely to improve sale price. Russell and his team handled the open homes and quickly gauged the interest level. He kept us informed about what offers were on the table at all times, as well as where he believed higher offers might come from. Russell went the extra mile, with multiple mid week opens specifically arranged for interested buyers. He was able to negotiate many of the interested buyers well above our initial price expectation with the top few interested buyers well in excess of what we thought possible, even achieving a suburb record. Russell is polite, easy to work with, and makes things happen.

Russell was keen on marketing our property within a Eco development. It was never going to be easy even with this insane property frenzy at the moment. We needed our new owners to want to be part of this development and understand what it meant being part of it. He presented a marketing approach that caught the eye of the new owners. Thank you Russell!

I live overseas and when the time came to sell, Russell was the right choice. Russell didn’t propose the highest selling price, however, his market knowledge shone through as we had multiple groups at inspection and the offer we accepted was in line with his price guide & fully qualified. This resulted in a very smooth process with no hiccups. Communication was excellent, keeping me up to date with progress and Russell was very responsive to any questions I had. I an extremely happy with the service Russell & team provided, enabling me to purchase elsewhere in a very competitive market. I would highly recommend Russell to anyone looking to sell

We first met Russell about 10 years ago when we were searching for our new home. When we decided to sell early this year, he was the first agent we would consider. We felt assured choosing him to be our selling agent as he gave us realistic advice on the market and he kept us informed all the time. He was quick to find a serious buyer within a month. We are happy to get the property sold so quickly.

Without hesitation I chose Russell Judd to sell my villa, because I have seen his expertise and down to earth honesty on several occasions over many years when he has sold other villas in my complex. Honesty and openness about where the selling market is at are factors that help sell and encourage people to look into the features of a property. In the advertising, my property was described with warm and homely words that couldn't help but attract people to come to the open house. 35 groups of people came on a wet afternoon! Some came back for a second look. Two good offers were made and one accepted, with great excitement.
