Pre campaign, Russell helped with suggestions on what preparations were important vs preparations unlikely to improve sale price. Russell and his team handled the open homes and quickly gauged the interest level. He kept us informed about what offers were on the table at all times, as well as where he believed higher offers might come from. Russell went the extra mile, with multiple mid week opens specifically arranged for interested buyers. He was able to negotiate many of the interested buyers well above our initial price expectation with the top few interested buyers well in excess of what we thought possible, even achieving a suburb record. Russell is polite, easy to work with, and makes things happen.
