Bianca and myself have nothing but the utmost respect for Russell he was very accurate with his knowledge about the market and was very honest. We achieved a great result with our property and were very happy with the process. I look forward to dealing with him in the future again.

I was really nervous about selling after 25 years, Russell put me at ease and got the best price. I was very pleased with his efforts. Russell was very kind and caring, five stars!

I was extremely reluctant to engage an agent to sell the property and had decided to try and facilitate it myself. Russell gained my trust with his straight talk and honesty. He negotiated with the buyer and was able to increase the sale amount considerably. He's quite unlike any other agent with whom I've had to deal. Top bloke and so happy to recommend.

Russel is professional, caring and completely trustworthy. I had met Russell over 2 years ago when the market was not great. He was completely honest with me and told me I should hold on until the market improved. This year we decided to sell in order to buy our family home. I met with Russell along we with my husband and baby. Russell was so approachable, knowledgeable especially of the area, his rates are very competitive and he is just a kind person. We decided to try selling the property off market. It took less than 2 weeks to sell my place and we got more than we were hoping to get for the property. The whole process has been so smooth thanks to Russell. We would highly recommend him.

Once again we have used Russell to successfully market and sell another property for our family, the second in the past 14 months. Russell's professional approach is always combined with a very friendly, understanding and caring manner. He fully understood and appreciated our requirements and worked towards achieving those objectives. On this occasion Russell recommended we sell via Auction which on the day achieved a very pleasing result. This demonstrated his experience and expertise in recommending this process at this time, to achieve the best possible financial result for our family. We would recommend and without hesitation utilise Russell again in the future. Thank you Russell Julie and John K

We selected Russell to sell our villa due to his outstanding Northmead track record. He had a very structured selling method, and our sale went like clock work. Easy to reach, extremely knowledgeable and we felt he was always on our side to get the best price possible. He’s voted Northmead’s best agent for a reason, and know we made the right choice.

Russell has provided brilliant service throughout the whole process in selling our home. Only 1 open home inspection was needed for him to sell our home and we are very pleased with the result. Very professional, patient and will do what it takes to ensure the client is happy. We highly recommend him!

Russell sold our house for a suburb record price. We had been through 3 other agents and a failed auction before meeting Russell so to say we are happy would be an understatement. Responsive, polite and gets the deal done, we recommend him highly.
