We enlisted Russell Judd to sell my mum's home of 52 years. He came highly recommended and from our experience with him we were not disappointed. From the first meeting both mum and I felt extremely comfortable with Russell. He has a very easy manner and presented as the ultimate professional. Moving out of your family home of so many years was always going to be stressful and emotional for mum and Russell was very considerate of this at all times. To add to the pressure, the restrictions due to Covid-19 came in about a week after going onto the market. This added to the stress but Russell seemed to take it in his stride and remained confident and reassuring. Russell was excellent at communicating; keeping us updated quickly about what was happening and was honest about the challenges of the situation.
