Then i meet Manyel on one inspection and with in an hour i signed the contract for that property. Manyel was extremely helpful for that purchase and he went out of the way to help me in settling for that property. He persuaded the owner for 5% deposit with 42-84 days settling time to allow me to prepare for settlement. No lies, straight forward, professional and obviously extra ordinary selling skills.
