Manyel has well explained the process of the sell of property ie contract and the current property market. He regularly advised us how the selling of our property was going, made appointments with us to provide feedback from buyers. Manyel is great in responding calls. The whole process was carried out efficiently. I would recommend Manyel to others as he is a hardworking agent, competent, great knowledge of the market and respectful.
