Easy experience
William was completely transparent and knowledgeable throughout the process. He was accommodating for inspections, and follow-ups with the vendor. The purchase process was not over bearing and at no point was there tension to over bid or over negotiate with price.

Genuine and hardworking
I chose Rhodes Realty as I have been a tenant from their agency in the past and I liked how they were straightforward. I chose William among other agents for his straightforward approach when pitching the sale. When other agents were teasing me with lofty sale prices, he was genuine with the current market trend and gave me a much more realistic and sensible offer. And I have only seen him to keep up that honest and credible attitude throughout the sale. His opinions on current market trends and demand has always been on point. Even though there was a very significant dull period because of the interest rate hikes, he worked tirelessly to try different options and pitches to keep my property hot on the market. Even at the final stages of selling, he spent personal time ringing up tradies and dealerships to triage any defects/issues with my property and made sure that he always gave me an informed response for any situation. I am thoroughly pleased with the whole experience with William. Hoping this new year brings the best to him and his team. Thank you.

A rare real estate gem
Some real estate agents give the profession a bad name. William isn't one of them! Honest, sincere, warm, friendly and not the slightest bit wanky, he's the kind of guy you'd happily go for a beer with. A real pleasure to deal with - before and after the purchase.
