William was excellent throughout the whole process. He demonstrated great knowledge of the property, its key qualities and attributes. During the inspection phase, William accommodated each of our private inspection requests at inconvenient times and was very patient as we took our time to make sure we were comfortable with the property. He also provided excellent guidance in terms of the buying process by explaining the steps we needed to undertake to secure the purchase but also the engagement model between all parties involved (i.e. solicitors, real estate agent, vendor and buyer). William was professional, polite and patient - he never pushed us into making a decision but made sure we were well informed about the property in order for us to make a decision regarding the purchase.
