William is a highly professional and skilled agent. He was extremely friendly throughout all my dealings and placed significant importance on understanding the buyer's needs and requirements. He also possesses deep market knowledge of the area and building statistics which provides great insight. William is also readily available through all communication channels and is happy to have a chat about any concerns and queries that popped up. I recommend this agent as he made the process much easier.

William was excellent throughout the whole process. He demonstrated great knowledge of the property, its key qualities and attributes. During the inspection phase, William accommodated each of our private inspection requests at inconvenient times and was very patient as we took our time to make sure we were comfortable with the property. He also provided excellent guidance in terms of the buying process by explaining the steps we needed to undertake to secure the purchase but also the engagement model between all parties involved (i.e. solicitors, real estate agent, vendor and buyer). William was professional, polite and patient - he never pushed us into making a decision but made sure we were well informed about the property in order for us to make a decision regarding the purchase.

I had worked with William twice to sell my properties. Since I had such a positive experience with the first sale, I chose him the second time specifically. For the second sale, he continued working perfectly and the property was sold very quickly with an excellent price. I am extremely satisfied with him in both occasions. The advice he gave towards the sale was excellent and I would not have thought of it on my own. William is a highly competent, punctual, and professional salesperson. He was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Throughout both sales, he was very honest and fair to all parties involved. William was definitely the best person I could have requested to help me sell my properties. I strongly recommend anyone requiring a real estate agent to use his services.
