We can’t speak more highly enough of Marco and the team at Rich and Oliver. They just did an outstanding job marketing and selling our property at Ashbury. We only bought the property 4months ago with the aim to renovate and resell. Marco was happy to provide us with advise on what was the best way to redo the home to achieve the best result. During the refurb works he was happy to take my calls and answer questions. Soon as the refurbs were completed Marco and his team took over. Their marketing and sale campaign was so impressive. The whole process happened so quick and smooth. We were always kept undated and they just seemed like they had everything under control. Marco has an excellent insight and seems to be so in-tune with the local market. His advice ended up being spot on in the end when they achieved the sale price we wanted. The whole experience seemed so easy and smooth and we just felt like the whole process was in excellent hands. Rich and Oliver definitely know what they are doing and we highly recommend them.
