Also, Marco, from Rich and Oliva, came across as genuine and was sensitive to the emotional impact of selling my mother’s house. He wasn’t ‘pushy’ and listened to my views and concerns. We couldn’t be happier with our result. Our property sold for even more than we were expecting in this strong market, especially after we had it on the market with another agent only a few months ago and their best figure was three hundred thousand dollars less. We were quite pleased right from the beginning with Marco's suggestions including improvments to the presentation of the property, outlining marketing that would work and using comparable sales to justify what we felt was the right price for the home and also advised the incoming buyers of the right price range. Having the property open both Saturdays and Sundays was a real benefit to buyers, and made life much easier for ourselves. We were kept completely up to date with all the inquiries after each open home and received statistics of the online marketing during the week and even part of the marketing before it hit the market. Once the auction day came around, we had lots of registrations, a good crowd and an engaging auctioneer that kept the bids flowing. In short we couldn’t be happier with the result and services which we received.
